How do I book a treatment?

Book online in a few steps, call us, or send a WhatsApp message. Online bookings receive a reference number straight away.

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes — you can book any time of day or night, subject to therapist availability shown in the booking calendar.

Do you offer home or hotel visits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose “Outdoor Service (Home / Hotel)” and tell us your location in special requests. A travel fee may apply and will be confirmed before your visit.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken at the spa (or at the end of an outdoor visit) in cash. Telebirr and other local payment methods may be added later. We never ask for card numbers online.

Prices shown on the website are sample prices in Ethiopian Birr and may change. Your booking summary shows the price at the time of booking.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Use “Manage a booking” with your reference and phone number, or contact us. Please give at least 4 hours' notice.

What if I'm late?

We'll do our best to give you the full treatment, but late arrivals may need to be shortened so the next guest is not delayed.

Is hot stone massage safe for everyone?
