Booking policy
Bookings are confirmed by our team after you submit them online; you'll receive a reference number immediately.
Please arrive 10 minutes early. For outdoor (home/hotel) service, ensure a safe, private space is available.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment using “Manage a booking” or by phone/WhatsApp.
Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
Refunds
Payment is normally taken at the spa after your treatment. Where a prepayment was made and you cancel within the notice period, it will be refunded through the original method.
If you're unhappy with a treatment, tell us on the day so we can make it right.
Privacy policy
We collect your name, phone number, optional email and any notes you give us to manage your booking and contact you about it. We never store card numbers or CVV codes.
Google Ads uses cookies, device/browser information, IP address, page addresses and ad-click information to measure website visits and support ad optimization. We do not send booking names, phone numbers or emails. Accept or reject advertising tracking; change your choice in Cookie settings.
Advertising information is shared with Google Ads for visit measurement and ad optimization, not as evidence of completed bookings. We do not enable enhanced conversions or customer matching. Google processes advertising data under its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Where consent is required, advertising tracking stays off until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, we also ask first. Elsewhere, ordinary tracking is enabled unless you reject or an applicable browser opt-out is detected. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected.
Your browser stores a visitor reference and the history of advertising choices, including time, region, and the notice text and version. Each visit is checked against your latest choice before being sent. Rejected visits are not sent later if you accept. Use Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw or change your choice at any time; withdrawal preserves the earlier acceptance record. Clearing browser storage removes these local records.
To ask for your booking data to be corrected or deleted, contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
Terms of service
Treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical care. Please tell us about any health conditions before your treatment.
Prices are in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and may change; the price shown in your booking summary applies to that booking.
